Immortals and Luminosity have been invited to compete in the Esports Arena Showdown Championship, the event's organisers have revealed. From May 5-7, the Esports Arena, a 15,000 square foot venue located in Santa Ana, California, will stage the offline finals of its Championship Series, with $20,000 up for grabs. The Brazilian duo will be joined by six qualified teams in the tournament, which will kick off with a GSL group stage, followed by the single-elimination playoffs.
Splyce had originally qualified for the event, but they have been forced to cancel their participation due to a bootcamp with a view to preparing for the ESEA Season 24 Global Challenge, which will run from May 13-14 in Leicester. Below you can find the group draw in full:
